Shine Complete is a 10 hour course over 5 weeks 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Shine Complete + Hypnobirthing increases to a 12-hour course over 5 weeks. 6pm – 8:30pm over the 1st 4 weeks and 6pm – 8:00pm over final week
