Glowing Mummas really cares about the health of you, and your child. That’s why we have a COVID policy in place is to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. We purposely keep our class sizes small to ensure a better course experience, and community between parents, so this also benefits us at this time as our class sizes will not drastically affected. We also have high hygiene & cleaning standards.
Please read the below information and take action when you come on your course, to keep both yourself and others safe.
You should not attend class if: –
- You or your child or your household are showing symptoms of COVID-19
- You have been asked to self isolate, through either NHS track and trace system or any other form.
- You or your child are ill with other symptoms of illness such as contagious: –FeverDiarrhoea or vomiting in the previous 48 hoursHas symptoms of a possible contagious illness such as:Chicken PoxMeaslesNorovirus
If at any point you or your household test positive for COVID-19 as part of your course, you should let Glowing Mummas know by emailing email@example.com.
Where-ever possible Glowing Mummas will offer your class online at the same day and time. If this is not possible for us to arrange, will be offered a catch up class.

Please ensure that you have provided Glowing Mummas with your most up to date contact details including email address and telephone. This will allow us to contact you for the purposes of cancelled/amended classes and in the event of Track & Trace. Prior to entering the room you will see an NHS QR code, it’s recommended that you use this.
Hands – In all venues you will be provided with hand sanitiser prior to entering the room. You may also wish to bring hand sanitiser with you.
Entering/exiting the room – Please only enter the room on time, not early. Ensure that you are socially distanced from other parents. When you leave class, please do so promptly. This is to allow cleaning to take place before and in between sessions and prevent parents being stood together.
Face – You should enter the room with your face covered, face coverings are not recommended for children under 2 years old and under 11s are not required to wear one. Once you are seated, socially distanced on either on a mat or chair (class dependant), you are permitted to remove your face covering. If you would feel more comfortable keeping your face covering on for the full duration, you are welcome to do so.
Below details the governments guidance on face coverings: –
Space – All mats & chairs will be placed the required distance apart. Movement around the room will be limited to toilet breaks.
Cleaning – Chairs and mats will be disinfected in between classes or replaced. If you would prefer to bring your own mat or chair you are welcome to do so. There will be no sharing of equipment and any equipment provided are sanitised before use and again after use. All soft furnishing will be removed. Furnishings such as door handles, light fittings, buzzers are all cleaned regularly.
Refreshments – You are welcome to bring your own drinks & snacks. You are unable to share with others. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refreshments at this time.
National Lockdown- If due to COVID-19 your location is placed in lockdown. The class will move to a live Zoom course and you will be provided with the Zoom details (wherever possible).
