Private Antenatal & Baby Classes
Private classes are perfect for anyone wanting personalised, 1 to 1 class or support. I offer both face to face private classes and online.
They are great for Antenatal Classes if you’re unable to attend a group class or if your due date doesn’t match up with the group dates. They’re also fantastic, if you’re wanting that individual support that is tailored especially for you.
Some parents request private Baby Classes at time when their partner can attend, face to face. They could also be online if your wanting to bond your baby and enjoy a baby class but you’re unable to make face to face classes (eg distance or health reasons such as a C-Section).

The following classes are available as private sessions with you and your birth partner either online or face to face:-
- Shine Complete Birth & Baby Course – The traditional Antenatal Class covering everything Birth and Baby. How to support each other after birth. Ideal for first-time parents.
- Radiant Hypnobirthing – Birth education and relaxation techniques, support methods for you and your birth partner for your calm birth. For first or subsequent parents.
- Essential Birth Prep – Ideal Birth preparation course for those who already have children.
- Various Baby classes including Baby Massage and Baby Sensory classes
- Pregnancy Movement Prep – A movement and relaxation session prior to the birth. Suitable for all pregnancies
These classes are on a 1 to 1 basis, and are tailored to your requirements. Private classes are very popular and subject to availability, so please book early to avoid any disappointment.
Private classes are tailored to your individual requirements and take place on evenings or weekends, therefore the cost is slightly from group classes. Enquire for further details of the class of your choice.
