The Full Works Antenatal package is ideal for first-time parents. It combines Glowing Mummas top three courses, so you have everything that you need, to feel fully prepared for your upcoming birth. It also includes newborn baby care and baby feeding session which are popular sessions with dads.
- Shine Complete Birth and Baby – 10-hour educational couples class. Including full education on birth, baby feeding and baby care. For mother & her birth partner.
- Radiant Hypnobirthing 5 hours top-up couples course (online) – includes all about Hypnobirthing, relaxation techniques, practical birth coping techniques and a digital pack with audio tracks to take into your birth. For mother/birthing person & her birth partner.
- Glowing Birth Relaxation – A lush 5-week women’s only course. Beautiful and relaxing includes Pregnancy yoga style movement, hypnobirthing style scripts & practical birth education.
This course is a total of 22 1/2 hours of education & also covers support in the fourth trimester, which is the first three months after birth. The Full Works Antenatal Package includes everything that you need to prepare you for your calm and mindful birth.
